    今天我在北大的张化瑞老师给了我一个 comment, 指出 Jaynes 在《概率论沉思录》中的基于最大熵原则推导出正态分布的结论, 最早是 Shannon 本人在他的开山之作 The Mathematical Theory of Communication 中的 part 3 给出的。Shannon 的这篇牛文我只读了前半部分, 忏愧。
